Lee Williams can’t remember a time in his life when he wasn’t shooting. Before becoming a journalist, Lee served in the Army and worked as a police officer. He’s earned more than a dozen journalism awards as a reporter, and three medals of valor as a cop. He is an NRA-certified law enforcement firearms instructor, an avid tactical shooter and a training junkie. When he’s not busy as a senior investigative reporter, he is usually shooting his AKs, XDs and CZs.     It was good to see you on this CBS Morning News segment. It was a balanced piece, overall and your participation helped make it so. I hope that you get the chance to do more of these opportunities.

    Thanks, Mike. That’s very appreciated coming from you. I thought they did a pretty good job, with perhaps a bit too much focus given to the threats the FFL holder received.

  3. Hey, I think I saw this … was it the story where the gun dealer who got threats responded with a bleep-ridden rebuttal telling his critics they were “…real (BLEEP!) classy…” etc etc etc? lol
