Episode 25 of ‘Think, Aim, Fire’ podcast: Parents, kids and guns

On this episode of our “Think, Aim, Fire” podcast, co-host Bob Keller of Gamut Resolutions and I talk to Eric Lipp, the National Community Outreach Manager of the National Rifle Association about parents, kids and guns.

Eric oversees NRA’s Eddie Eagle Gunsafe Program which, in my humble opinion, is NRA’s best program.

Eddie Eagle has taught gun safety to more than 30 million children in its 30 -year history, which is simply

stunning.

The three of us talk about the Eddie Eagle program and what it has to offer for teacher or parents.

We also talk gun safety with kids, using toy guns to train, teaching marksmanship to children and much more.

Thanks to Eric for coming on the show, and kudos for three decades of success.

  1. my reply has to do with with these school shootings. may god Bless and keep those that were wounded and accept those into his kingdom that have passed on… now what does he do to get attention. A big recognizable story. I will get recognition finally. T FBI was made well aware of his profile for months and did nothing. The gun dealer should have seen red flags. Posting his arsenal on facebook should also raised red flags. Why wasn’t this taken care of then? Guns don’t kill ar15 or 22 plinkers. People who get these weapons kill people. they need help. Our government cannot take away our 2nd amendment rights and the individual state cannot either. He could have used a car too maime and kill more. Lets all get with it and try to solve this equation. it not money or votes it the American people demanding its government working togeather with the people.
