NRA endorses Col. Kurt Hoffman for Sarasota County (Florida) Sheriff

Lee’s note: The National Rifle Association and the Unified Sportsmen of Florida have endorsed Sarasota County Chief Deputy Col. Kurt Hoffman for Sarasota County Sheriff.

Hoffman faces retired Deputy Paul Fern in the Republican Primary Aug. 18. No Democrats have entered the race.

Hoffman is a life member of NRA as well as several other pro-gun organizations. He is an avid shooter and hunter.
